Equipment: Kettlebell, pullup bar
Warmup: 3 rounds of front, side and back planks with leg lift
Workout:
- Max number of pullups
- Max number of pushups
- Max number of goblet squats
- Max number of kettlebell swings
- Go for a walk to cool down
Notes: Just do each set until you cannot perform any additional repetitions properly. Rest 3-5 minutes between exercises. Do this workout once per month or so to track progress.
Progression: Progress increasing reps, or weight.
Emphasis: It is good to periodically test your max. A single, all out max set can also be a great workout. You might get more soreness than you expect
