At-Home Workout Forgot my Stuff Exercise

Equipment: Kettlebell, pullup bar

Warmup: 3 rounds of: front, side and back planks with leg lift

Workout: 2-4 rounds of:

  • ½ max reps of pushups
    • Victorian hold 5 X 5 seconds
    • ½ max Hindu pushups
    • Victorian hold 5 X 5 reps
    • 10-15 deep jump squats

Notes: Just do the planks until you really feel them. Do the jump squats plyometric style.

Progression: Progress by resting less or increasing rounds.

Emphasis: This is another example of a no equipment workout. It is a great workout that can be done when you forget your gear and have little time to train. It is another great hotel workout.
